What RMHCI Interns Face
And How Supportive Supervision Helps You Navigate It.
✓ Finding Your Clinical Style
You're not meant to copy your supervisor. You're meant to develop your own approach grounded in your values and strengths.
✓ Building Clinical Confidence
Managing your first full caseload feels overwhelming. You need a supervisor who helps you develop trust in your clinical judgment.
✓ Documentation & Compliance
Tracking 100 supervision hours across 100 weeks. Notes. Timesheets. Your supervisor should make this seamless, not stressful.
✓ Licensure Readiness
Meeting all requirements. Preparing for the NCMHCE. Building the foundation for independent practice as a licensed LMHC.
✓ Case Complexity
Your clients bring anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, mood disorders. You need guidance on conceptualization and real-world interventions.
✓ Ethical Navigation
Boundaries, dual relationships, mandatory reporting, self-care. You need clear guidance, not judgment.

Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I'm Alayna.
I know what it feels like to watch anxiety slowly take things away from you — your peace, your confidence, your ability to just be present. And I know how exhausting it is to try to power through it alone.
My job isn't to fix you. It's to create a space where you feel safe enough to actually explore what's underneath the anxiety — and help you build something more solid in its place.
I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, always adapting to what's most helpful for you. I've worked across private practice, outpatient, inpatient, and in-home settings, and I specialize in anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
