Meet Your Supervisor
Hi, I'm Alayna.
I know how important it is to have supervision where you can bring the questions, uncertainties, and difficult cases that come with growing as a clinician without feeling like you’re expected to already have everything figured out.
My approach to supervision is supportive, thoughtful, and practical. I want you to leave our time together with a clearer understanding of your clinical work, more confidence in your decision-making, and a stronger sense of who you are becoming as a therapist.
My clinical background includes private practice, outpatient, inpatient, and in-home settings, with experience working with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, while helping you think critically about what best supports the clients you serve.

Book a free 15-minute consultation
We meet (via Zoom) to discuss your caseload, goals, where you are in the licensure process, and whether we're a good fit.
02.
Supervisory Agreement
You provide required documentation (proof of master degree, letters of recommendation, progress towards rmhci registrations). We start supervision once you get that letter of approval.
03.
Begin Supervision
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions tailored to your needs. Discuss cases, receive feedback, develop skills, and track progress toward licensure requirements.
